Katie is extremely passionate about all things fitness. ISA fitness professional and runs her own personal training business KT Training where she enjoys improving my clients, health, fitness and confidence.
She has been training myself for over 10 years, previously in body building and now powerlifting. Which is how she has become a team member of Peak Barbell.
